Group class for both men and women ages 18-40 years old who have special needs or disabilities.

Group Classes
In this class Dancers will learn basic stretches, basic dance routines, they will get to move around to music freely and with instruction. Dancers will work on fine and gross motor skills while also having a place to be authentic and have a sense of community.
We focus on learning all while having fun. Again, caregivers, ABA workers, guardians etc. are welcome to attend if they feel the need to do so.
Private classes for those who thrive better in a one-on-one setting can be scheduled on Mondays for a 35-minute time block each week.

Private Classes
Private dance sessions are a great way for the Dancer to have one on one basic dance instruction each week to reap the benefits that dance has on both mental and physical health. Your Dancer will get to do most of what is taught in the group dance class and will have the special opportunity to perform in a private showcase among close family and friends. We encourage everyone even those who may not thrive in a group setting to have something to look forward to each week.
